Dear Guest, Check in is 2Pm Onward. Check out is 11Am. Early check in is not possible as there might be another guest in the room. Late check out also not possible as we need to prepare the room for next guest.

We land in Singapore at 3:30am and would like to get breakfast and explore. But please can we check in early and/or drop off bags early before midday? We then leave Singapore at midnight, so we won’t be staying the night or having breakfast. Thank

Simple stay for a quick stop over

Hotel is cheap and close to the airport. Perfect for a stop over. There is a shared area that has a kitchen and a washing washing/dryer.

The hotel is quite run down and not maintained. The photos were deceiving. I wouldn’t stay here for a long period of time. This place is great for stop overs.

Great location, close to the airport and great restaurants & food court close to the hotel. Hotel staff was very helpful organizing a taxi for early next morning.

The room was very small, single bed and space to stand up. Not more than that. But it does the job and for just 1 night it’s enough.

Good price considering the location, only recommended for a 1x overnight stay

The staff were friendly, and assisted us with organising transport (airport shuttles).

The shower was on top of the toilet, a very peculiar setup which I assume was aimed at saving space. Overall the room was very small for 3 people, we were a little deceived by the photos.

Great staff and comfortable bed, but an ordinary location for a hotel.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and were more than willing to help with bags and ordering taxis. The bed was comfortable and facilities clean.

The neighbourhood was ok, but not a very good location for a hotel. It was closer to the airport than the CBD, but the food markets outside made the place smell and facilities were not great quality even though they had tried to dress the place up.

There are super markets and restaurants at the location, but the hotel could be cleaner.

The boy working in the reception was very helpfull. There was shampoo, toothbrush, slippers in the room so thats nice.

The pillow covers were not clean, saw a cockroache in the room.

Location is good as it is a small train ride from Changi airport. In the middle of the markets so plenty of food available

If all you want is a place to rest between flights this may be ok for a seasoned traveller that knows how to navigate ai

We had an overnight layover in Singapore and wanted cheaper accomodation so we could rest before our next flight to London. This hotel is a short walk or a local bus trip from the MRT that connects direct to Changi Airport. QLoft is a very small local hotel - entry is narrow passage stairwell leading up from the street - between local shops and food stalls. Rooms are very small and basic but very not much room to move - the shower is in the same room as the toilet. You can watch a movie or view tv shows as you drift off to sleep. We dropped our bags then went out for some tasty local cuisine - plenty of choice, food very tasty. Then it was shower and sleep before back to airport for a long haul flight.

It is basic but staff were very friendly and we got a great nights sleep in a comfy clean bed before our long haul flight. This place would not be for everyone but for us it met our needs.

Tiny room on 1st floor.

Convenient location surrounded by many eating places. There is a 7-Eleven next door.

The hotel is up a flight of stairs. Not convenient if you have heavy luggage, elderly or with mobility issues.

Q Loft Bedok: A nice place to stay.

Room was clean and equipped with everything I needed for my stay; en suite, clean towels, air conditioning, TV, tea making facilities with bottled water, desk, hair dryer, no iron, (Iron not important to me), I wanted a clean, basic room for showering and sleeping (window not important), and it didn't disappoint, the bed was firm and comfortable and the bedlinen was spotless and fresh, the only issues with the appearance of the room were of a cosmetic nature; the finish to the room and ensuite could be a bit better but I had a VERY clean room and that's what was most important. Staff was polite and very helpful The location was good, i.e., the food market (which I highly recommend), and shops were on the doorstep. The area is well served for buses to the MRT, which is less than a 10-minute walk or 2 bus stops away; despite the hotel being in Bedok, the nearest MRT from Changi airport was Tanah Merah, so anyone coming from the airport who decides to use the train should alight at this stop. Apologies for not posting pictures of the room and ensuite bathroom. These were captured as a video. Screenshots taken from the video were very blurred.

Firstly, I'd like to say that there was nothing that I didn't like, I'm adding the following points to this section because these were things that may be of concern to future guests. 1. Guests who arrived late evening/early morning may disturb sleepers; there are signs up asking people who are checking in and returning guests to be quiet when they enter the building and are at the check in desk. 2. Lights on in the hallway leaking light into the room - this could be sorted by adding a curtain over the doorway inside the room to block out artificial light, especially if total darkness is needed for someone to sleep well. 3. The air conditioning is noisy, but it is essential to counter the heat. 4. I couldn't get the TV to show work, there was a box attached for streaming, which probably needed a remote, I couldn't find one; I wasn't staying long enough to raise this as a concern.
